SHR's Executive Committee, named opposite, meet bi-monthly, throughout the year and decides on future policy for the station.

Any full-time member, over the age of 18, can sit on the Annual Executive.

Members put themselves up for election every April, with the vote taking place at the AGM, traditionally held the following month.

Potential new members, meet and are trained by members of the Executive before being accepted as a full-time member of the station.
